Template Definition outlines the template of the document to be archived and processed in application. User can define fields, field types, field panels, security standards for document and an OCR template. Document security can be managed based on each template Application workflow could be defined for each template, each step could be assigned to user group for further process, and user can also allow or disallow to modify the document or specific panel of the document.

For each workflow defined a Visio chart could be generated to demonstrate the workflow of the application. For each step defined in the application workflow, a notification type is generated, user can define email template which user group to be mentioned in the email. Record Type summaries, types of record for number of documents, a record can contain multiple templates, fields. For record levels, classification is created to define the hierarchy, for documents to be updated.

Assigned user can make changes according to defined in the configuration and approve or decline application User can search document based on the document template. Filter could be applied according to multiple defined fields. Applications can re-assign to different users, uments can be managed separately based on record types. User can see number of uploaded documents and size and encrypted files. User can also use document library, navigation and advance search to find the required record.

Dash boards are available for user to view progress and document status; user can see multiple graphs according to different criteria. Different types of graphs and charts can be viewed.
